2. Packaging & Delivery Conditions

 

1) Order Verification Before Dispatch
All orders are shipped only after thorough verification by our team to ensure product authenticity, quality, and accuracy.

 

2) Sealed Packaging
Every order is securely packed in sealed polybags. No parcel is shipped without proper sealing. All products are enclosed in tamper-proof packaging for your safety.

 

3) Do Not Accept Unsealed Parcels
If the packaging is unsealed or appears compromised, based on the above-mentioned conditions, the customer is strongly advised not to accept the delivery, as the contents may have been tampered with, damaged, or replaced during transit.

 

4) Tampering or Damage Detection
All ScentScribe parcels are shipped in corrugated boxes sealed with ScentScribe-printed tape. If the box appears to be opened, re-taped, or the printed tape is missing or damaged, it may indicate tampering or interference. The customer must report such issues immediately upon receipt.

 

5) Unboxing Video Required for Support
In case of any concerns regarding damage, tampering, or incorrect items, a full unboxing video — recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened — is mandatory for us to provide any assistance.
