1. When is my credit card/debit card/UPI account charged?

You will be initially charged for your first month when you place your
subscription order. Then you will be charged after every 30 days from the last
subscription date of every month. Your Scent Scribe subscription will renew
automatically each month, and you can cancel any time before your charge
date.

2. Is your fragrance authentic?

Yes, all of our fragrances on scentscribe.in are 100% authentic from
authorized vendors. We never sell any fake, knockoffs or imitation fragrances.
DISCLAIMER: scentscribe.in is a wholly independent and separate entity
from the manufacturers and brand owners of the designer fragrances we
offer. Scentscribe.in asserts that the contents are genuine product
independently rebottled and repackaged by scentscribe.in. Scentscribe.in is
not associated in any way with the brand, designer or designer's
manufacturer, and we have no contract or agreement authorizing us to
rebottle or repackage the fragrance.

3. What will I receive each month?

Each month you will receive an 10ml / 0.33 oz travel atomizer sprayer filled
with your scent of choice.

4. Can I send my fragrance to someone else?

Yes, within your account you can edit your shipping address, so simply
change it to the recipient you would like to send it to. Just remember to
change it back after your month ships otherwise they will continue to receive
future months until you change it back.

5. I think I might be allergic to some fragrances, what should I do?

We recommend checking with your medical professional if you feel you are
prone to allergic reactions to some fragrances or ingredients. Scent scribe
cannot give medical advice or address specific medical conditions regarding
your health.

6. Is the subscription price including shipping and taxes?

Yes, prices of all the plans include shipping and taxes. The price you see, is
the price you pay. 

7. Can I subscribe multiple times in a month?

Yes, once you have placed an order from your current subscription, you can
visit the subscription plans page to subscribe again within the same month.
You can choose a scent of your choice from any plan. Your new subscription
will become effective from the date you place the order and will renew
monthly from that date.

8. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, we encourage
you to continue exploring and enjoying the unique scents we offer each
month. Who knows, your next favorite fragrance might be just around the
corner!
Note: To cancel your subscription, please go to My Account > Subscriptions
and select Cancel.
