Monthly subscriptions must be cancelled via email BEFORE your monthly charge date. Your cancellation notice must be received prior to your monthly charge, cancellation requests received after your monthly charge will take affect for the following month and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We do not offer refunds or returns on monthly subscription box choices, so please choose carefully.
